We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we’ve crafted a Refund & Returns Policy that’s fair, transparent, and designed with you in mind.

Our Promise to You

Because our products are handmade with care, each piece is unique—slight variations are part of their charm! We strive to ensure every item meets our high standards before it reaches your doorstep. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it better.

Eligibility for Returns

We happily accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Since our products are handmade, we ask that you handle them with care.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number or a copy of your receipt with your return request.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized designs are one-of-a-kind creations made just for you, so they’re not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

  1. Reach Out: Email us at [email protected] with your order number, a brief explanation of why you’re returning the item, and whether you’d prefer a refund or exchange.
  2. Get Approval: We’ll review your request within 2-3 business days and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with shipping instructions. Please don’t send anything back until you’ve received this!
  3. Ship It Back: Pack the item securely and send it to:

    Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t be responsible for lost returns.
  4. We’ll Take It From There: Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 5 business days), we’ll notify you about your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days to show up.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is on you unless the item was damaged, defective, or we made an error.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in our craftsmanship, but mistakes can happen. If your item arrives damaged or has a defect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue.
  • We’ll cover the return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund, based on your preference and availability.

Exchanges

Love the design but need a different size or style? If the item is eligible, we’ll happily exchange it, subject to stock availability. Just follow the return process above and let us know what you’d like instead. You’ll only need to cover the return shipping cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If it’s been more than 14 days since we approved your refund and you haven’t seen it, first check with your bank or payment provider. Still no luck? Email us at [email protected], and we’ll sort it out pronto.
